ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE

The products’ delivery time is confirmed upon acceptance of the order by the company, that is 1 to 3 days after you place the order, unless otherwise specially agreed by the parties to confirm in writing, by e-mail.

In the event that such time is not agreed upon and confirmed for any reason in the above manner, delivery will be made no later than thirty (30) days after acceptance and processing of the order.

In the event of an unexpected obstacle faced by the company regarding the delivery of products, the company is entitled to postpone the delivery of all or part of the ordered products and services only once, by sending a notice (e-mail) to the customer and also informing the customer by phone, as long as the total waiting time, postponement included, does not exceed thirty (30) days after acceptance and processing of the order.

Otherwise, in the event that the thirty (30) day deadline is exceeded due to an obstacle or failure of the company to make the delivery to the customer in time, then only the customer is entitled, if he/she so wishes, to set a new second deadline for delivery in excess of thirty (30) days (such a new period is not necessary if the company refuses the delivery in general, or if the delivery would serve the customer’s interests only if it took place within the legal period of thirty (30) days and the customer had informed the company accordingly). If the additional deadline set by the customer is not met, then the customer is entitled to terminate the sales contract in respect of the delayed items.
